Elmo--AS you know that was last years BOD. Do you have any idea when this
years annual meeting will be held and the anticipated date of our receiving
our proxy forms.

After all this nonsense in 1996 and 1997, I don't want to miss the opportunity
to cast my vote with CALpers, etc.
