Well Charles,

Could be that this bit of news may just the catalyst this "irrationally exhuberant" market may require to sell off a bit.

It is also welcome news to GRNO as the price for fuel oil will inevitably rise. Of course, cheating will likely undercut the impact of any cutbacks since most of these economies are starved for hard currency.. ie: the mighty greenback.
