ASK YOURSELF WHY !! Why did Ziner merge with this nasty, felon controlled shell ? Why did he GIVE AWAY about 25% of his business for nothing ? Clearly if the business is even HALF as good as the paid touts & neophytes think, he could have found financing on MUCH better terms. You have to question why he hoped in bed with someone CONVICTED of a HUNDRED MILLION $ FRAUD. Was it so he could make various criminals & other neophytes he didnt know rich ? Or was it because he was SO desparate for cash that he knew bankruptcy was looming and he had no chance at a REAL public offering where people actually READ the SEC fillings. Ask yourself why a canadian company is based in Miami. Ask yourself WHY THE CFO is located in Miami. Is that "hands on" ? Why does GJ deserve millions & millions of free shares ? Why did they DILUTE THE HECK OUT OF YOU with NO WARNING ? IMO, the stock is not worth 3 cents. I anticipate a BIG LOSS in the current quarter based on increased borrowings and a weak lumber market. Folks, investing is a supply & demand thing. With this stock, there cannot be enough demand to eat through the supply that is continued to be created. Thus, an increase in share price is nearly impossible. If someone I knew owned the stock, I would strongly encourage them to take their loss and move on to something where management has integrity. Or at the very least doesnt issue shares out the ying yang guaranteeing the share price tanks.
