Nicely put. We had bioethics classes, in the philosophy dept, to discuss the morality of science. In science class we studied experiments and discoveries, and in lab class we did experiments- as it probably should be.

Scientists need not be amoral (in fact it is preferable that they are not) but the field of morality (and religion) is not within the confines of the sciences.
