I think cisco don't compensate very well(well atleast in my case several months ago). It offered a meagure salary which was far below industry standards for my education and experience.I heard workers are being pressurized to work 10 - 12 hrs a day and weekends since it could not hire as many people as it required. Even though I don't like working there, I am still a fan of Cisco stock. Swamy
