McDermott epitomizes the King County Democrat mindset to a tee. Anything to support the religious calling known as liberalism. I have no doubt most of his constituents supported his illegal phone interceptions. After all, privacy be damned if it means scoring a few political points for the home team. His brand of Democrat politics is what is slowly destroying the Democrat party. phone taps, FBI files, using the IRS to go after political enemies, and on and on. No ethics at all. I don't see how Democrats like Joe Lieberman can surround themselves with people like McDermott, Clinton, Dashle, Kennedy, Kerry, and Al Sharpton. I suspect more and more of them are going to join Zell Miller and Ed Koch and move away from their party which morally left them long ago.
