I've been using CitiBanks investment service. Trades are executed by the time I can check their status, under 30 sec. Also I have it linked up to my other accounts Checking etc... They have have me cover trades in about 4 days. And have never prevented any trade I have made regardless of available funds, i.e. Picked up a 1k on IBM Bought 1000 at 147 sold at 148. Do all of the E-Trading companies give you this flex? I only hold about 20K in cash in these accounts. I always cover, so I don't know what happens if you don't.
