heinz, i agree with you that all the signs, emotions, and greenspeak indicate that the good times will roll on forever. however, the one thing that won't last forever is greenspan. things change (sometime extremely fast) and all of a sudden what used to look logical is upside down. when you look at the facts, as you have, and blend them with a little history, all of a sudden you can see the image of "next crash" in the picture.
