I think if you have a critical issue the system is awesome, and for chronic care it's pretty good- because people DO go in for treatment, since they don't have to worry about paying for it- so diabetics (for example) do manage their their diabetes. But one time non-critical things- like hip replacements, or other replacements- things that aren't going to kill you, but need to be done- probably do have a wait.

I have no experience with that. They were great with mammograms, and routine physicals, normal sick kids, and emergencies- so I was pleased.
