Charles--You've suggested the ultimate solution to the permitting problem. If the Antarctic ice cap melts, sea level will rise about 300 feet on average, and the Charleston processor will be under 294 feet of water. Of course, almost all of Florida and the low-lying parts of northern Virginia will be under water, too, so we can look forward to the debate between you and Ron being moot, if not non-existent.
