kholt, The only reason some Christians refuse to accept the possibility of evolution being a fact, is because they cannot stand the prospect that their ancestors were once a lower classed specie than the picture described in Genesis in the bible. They should remember that Genesis was based on oral history, and legend, that dated back farther than anyone can know, for sure. As with any story being handed down orally, the more people it goes through, the more changes get made to the story. Kind of that, passing a joke around a circle of friends, and seeing how different it is when it reaches the one that started it.

The evolution that seems to have happened, would have had a hard time happening by accident. I believe there was a guiding power that manipulated the process in some unknown way.
