Wow, I haven't even thought of your level of travel.. we're still locked down to 5 miles max for exercise and encouraged to do less if possible. I've thought about getting in the car and going for a nice ride around the Bay in probably record time... maybe do a takeout picnic lunch on the new Bay Bridge area but I'm waiting as that might be acceptable for MaMa, who turns 91 in a three weeks, for us to be in a car, it wouldn't be much different than hugging which is not on her allowed list.

I believe I read Maui has a 2 week quarantine if you travel there to your vacation home...

Texas is pretty "hot" compared to Wisconsin.... they could set up 50 cals for target practice at autos with TX plates coming to the cities with COVID-19....

I got "worried" they'd eventually shut us down so I got my tomatoes early on March 7th and was one of the few in the store on a no sales tax weekend. I went early to beat the crowds... but it was eerie to have the store mostly to myself an hour after it opened and I could pick the cutest cashier to check me out. With our 9% CA sales tax, this place is usually packed for this event at this time of the year with people buying new garden furniture and grills. I believe I wore gloves but no mask. I think most of the big tech companies had already switched to having workers work from home by then.

I'd err on the side of safety... as much as from being hassled as from C19, even if it means you don't have enough salsa, sour kraut and jelly to share.
