HI Steve. I am confused over why Netgravity would be trading at such a large premium to its secondary offering price of 29.52 per share.
Do these net stocks trade at a premium on their secondaries as they do on their IPO's. Have the underwriters changed the price to a higher level or is it anticipated? What are your thoughts on this disparity and also them as a company. They seem like a better buy as compared to Double Click.
