Can anyone
remember the questions ad infinitum that they wanted answered but chose the public
board for these questions when a simple phone call to the company and report back to
our simple little forum would have sufficed.

Maybe it works that way for the good ol' boys, but not for others I've talked too. I've personally sent many messages to the company without
receiving answers. And I'm not the only one, so it's not just my snotty
attitude to blame. No, there really is an insiders' network which receives favored access, and which receives far more information than most. And, that is illegal no matter HOW you try to justify it.

The technology is available to handle very large conference calls. The technology exists for replays. The technology exists for releasing verbatim transcripts of conference calls. None of the options were used. I have received nearly 20 messages from "my"
e.mail group, which appear to be unanimous in expressing outrage in the manner in which the CC was mishandled. I know of at least one who has contacted the SEC about it. (A lot of good it will do.)

You can give me heat over my attitude(again), but this bull which has long persisted that some shareholders are more equal than others, STINKS! And management which knowingly and willingly perpetuates such treatement is NOT to be trusted. GE
