some of those posts they are suing over are a tad on the aggressive side. I didn't realize that at first. If the posts they enclosed are the true and unedited versions, then the company could have a shot. I certainly wouldn't go to bat for the guy over what they show as his posts. On the other hand, true to the scam playbook,, the company has to bring Naked Shorting into the case, claiming a mysterious unknown woman was soliciting shareholders to cover a naked short position. talk about overplaying a hand.
