If Bush sounded the alarm he didn't do it very loudly.

I do seem to remember Bush giving a speech where he seemed to advocate for every American being able to buy a home. I don't think that helped much.

You have to admit that if that whole mortgage thing had happened during a Democratic administration you'd STILL be screaming about how the Democrats had almost caused a 2nd depression...

I could never understand this whole "party affiliation" thing. It makes no sense to me.

Apparently if a guy gets elected and he turns out to be an Idiot or a Crook or a Liar or whatever you STILL have to defend him/her because they are a member of YOUR Party.

That's how Hitler got power....
