Read "perfectly Legal". It's in the fine print, not in the rates. There are huge loopholes for the very rich and none for the middleclass. Plus, the burden of debt has been shifted 4% from the rich and big corps to the middleclass. That's trillions worth. Another big ripoff scheme.
