I do not completely disagree, but, we are currently ~1000 points off the high in the Nasdaq.
And, the "BUY ON THE DIPS" mentality is still engrained into a lot of folks (just take a look
at todays action). It may be wise to raise a little cash if you are heavily invested, but, trying to
time the market does not work out well for most investors. I would wager that if you just sit
tight, your stocks will be considerably higher 1 year from today.
