What Bush is could be compared to a receptionist. He is a figurehead only. I see just like the VP job. So when the people of Texas vote for Gov. They are really voting for a LT. Gov.? And the Gov. answers to the LT. Gov.? No wonder they count dimpled chads there..lol..
