You are saying, "You can't prove this factor elected him" while I am saying, "Here is numerical proof that a Rovian campaign did not defeat him."

Your position is more philosophical while mine is a simple if-then situation. It doesn't prove that a Rovian campaign wouldn't work against Obama in the future, or someone else, but it changes the balance sheet from Rove's two previous successful presidential campaigns using smears.

That's all it says to me.
