I shut down every night. Cold boot each AM. Even posting this note is all chopped up. Long delays between displaying the letter. It's as if some usage hog is running in the background that I can't ID. Right now my machine is nearly unusable.

EDIT: getting Shockwave errors often. I think this is a problem with Adobe... maybe??
