Hi Samuel - thx for the BAC's info. What concerns me is that it is gingerly walking down all the numbers [assuming it had a strong buy rating when the stock was bouncing around 37 and 44.] When it said the break up value in $35 - $50 range, my reaction is that that is the best case scenario.

I may up my bid a bit tomorrow. However, my guess is that it will be an up day tomorrow also and therefore I probably still won't get it.
