BigProfitNews.com - bigprofitnews.com
Good morning. As you are aware, our last two stock profiles (CAOP, and RPHL) have done very well since we first introduced them to you. RPHL actually increased by 44% over just a few trading days. CAOP increased 32% over a few trading days. Today we are profiling a stock E-Vegas.com, (OTC BB: EVCM) which has huge potential. We fully expect that good news will be released by EVCM early next week, possibly as early as Monday. The very good news released today should be a precursor to even *better* news by early next week. We are expecting that EVCM will follow in the successful footsteps of our last two profiled companies. EVCM appears to be very undervalued and should increase exponentially in value in a reasonably short period of time. The current price is $0.55 with the bid of $0.56 and the ask at $0.57. The float is 5 MM, the number of outstanding shares very small at 16.1 MM. E-Vegas is one of the better OTC gaming Companies in the marketplace and could well double in value, in our opinion. Our long term prediction is $5 to $6 per share. Since several other newsletters are also profiling this stock we anticipate very heavy volume today, Monday and possibly beyond.
E-Vegas.com Inc. (TM) is a casino and gaming business based in Costa Rica. It has established an online casino and gaming business at www.e-vegasgaming.com. EVCM is developing related businesses including telecommunications ventures in Costa Rica with huge profit margins for EVCM. EVCM's telecommunications ventures in Costa Rica will generate $15 MM in revenue and over $11 MM in net earnings in 2000.
E-Vegas is nicely diversified. In addition to its sports book and online casino, the company has been quietly building a cable, satellite and fibre optics network through Global E-Comm, its Costa Rica based subsidiary.
They're now offering telecommunications services - including Internet access through email accounts - to American businesses in Latin America. The business buys a 1-800 number from the U.S. and interconnects to Global E-Comm's system. They've already drummed up $15.5 million in contracts for next year and plan to do $50 million in 2001.
So far, they're the only game in town and we wouldn't be surprised to see a major partner come along in the next few weeks. E-Vegas' gaming side has been doing well too. They have a joint venture with Bet-A-Bunch.com Inc., which owns 100% of Cook Race & Sports Book Ltd. valued at US $3.6 million. Bet-a-Bunch was started by E-Vegas directors Sid Diamond and Herb Rossin. Sid Diamond is the former Director of Race and Sports for Circus Circus Enterprises and Excalibur Hotels in Vegas, where he managed the sports book business for 5 major casinos. Herb Rossin, another director, is a former VP for the Home Shopping Network. Both are seasoned Vegas gaming professionals.
Principal and director Ed Gallagher is a former Vice Squad RCMP officer, so we're reasonably certain the company's business will be clean as a hound's tooth. Gallagher pioneered the privatization of the payphone industry in Canada, where he co-founded Canada Payphone Ltd. EVCM's Board of Directors is incredible. Sid Diamond runs the sports book. Mr. Diamond managed the sports books for Circus Circus and Excaliber Hotels for 10 years in Las Vegas. He has been licenced by the Nevada State Gaming Commission for 18 years, and managed the sports books for 5 major casinos. Herb Rossin, also on the Board, formally the VP of The Home Shopping Network. Don Best, one of the most trusted names in sports, was quoted as saying " Players looking for additional offshore sports books may want to call the LEGENDARY Vegas Oddsmaker Sid Diamond for more information." The word is starting to spread about EVCM and we feel it may well be an excellent investment. Revenue from the Casino next year is expected at $7.5 MM combined with over $15 MM from the telecommunications business in Costa Rica. EVCM is very well financed and is poised to begin extensive promotion of their business.
E-Vegas underwent a name change in July, dipped to about 3/16 (52 week high - $1.75), then promptly doubled to 7/16 per share last week when it announced gaming revenues of $220,000 in the first 43 days of operation. It traded more than 1 million shares last Friday. With Mssrs. Diamond and Rossin turning the wheels in Vegas, we expect the gaming numbers for next month will be even more impressive!
