everybody else. note that the govt. inflation data are more or less a mirage anyway. they do everything, but state what inflation is actually doing.

as for the fix, there's only one way out of it: allow the corrective forces to hold sway, full force. i.e. allow for a LOT of short to mid term pain, to give the economy a chance to weed out the countless imbalances. not the Greenspan Fed's way unfortunately. they have invented moral hazard on a grand scale, and i see no reason to expect them to change. the printing press is their 'solution' for every problem.
