My point is, Why are we letting that asshole dictate terms? As I recall we beat him in a war. I say we stop the pretense and TELL the SOB what we're gonna do instead of playing nice-nice and pretending that we are sending in "observers". We're sneaking around. WHY? We're ASKING when we should be TELLING him how it's gonna be. We should be saying: "We're sending in our best military ordnance experts to make sure you are adhering to terms. If you don't like it, LUMP IT. That's the price you pay for losing a war that YOU started." I realize this a complex issue and there are lots of "interested parties" that we have to placate, but this guy is a loose cannon that needs to be secured. The other Arabic countries aren't gonna back him up. Saddam makes them just as nervous as he does the rest of the world. Sure, they'll talk big, but nobodies gonna come to his rescue. That was proved in Desert Storm. Soooo, I agree with you. If they don't like it, Screw 'em. I just get sick off all the pussy-footing around that we're doing. He needs to be dealt with like a bratty child: "Go to your room, NOW! NO discussion, NO backtalk, NO screwin' around. DO IT and DO IT now. We'll talk and reason it out later when you've learned to show some respect to your family, friends and neighbors." It's just too damn bad that we CAN'T take the bastard out. If we did though, then we'd REALLY have problems. Since we can't however, let's at least let him know who's boss. Is my point clearer now?<G>
