To the extent any of that is true, and to the extent it is a product of world carbon emissions, there is quite literally nothing to be done about it. You are not going to get China and India to cut off their own economic noses. Not going to happen. And the output from the US isn't going to make any difference. Even carbon output has anything at all to do with it. Get over it.
