An optimistic estimate of FY97 earnings would be around $0.50. That assumes $0.31 for each of the next two quarters. This may be too high since there are still some charges to come for the Growth Share Plan and they have warned of slowing revenue growth for the remainder of the year.

At $44 that's a P/E of 88 on 1997 earnings. Assuming we can get some major revenue working next year we could see earnings grow 50%. That gets us to $0.75 per share for a P/E of 59 on 1998 earnings.

It wouldn't surprise me to see a P/E as high as 80 on this stock although it will only last for a while. So that's a price target between $40 - $60. Given that, we should be able to get to the middle of this range.

Just some hand waving guesstimates.
