You are correct considering the the chart I posted say the common is at $0.75 then the warrants should be trading at .25 and the P at $26,25 HOWEVER because you are getting a 50% the P should actually be trading at $40.25 with an AMSC of $26. The P right now is like buying $17.50 though you are pay $26. 26/35 = .74 / with dividend 26 / (35+17.5) = .49 ... So yes the P is extrememly undervalued. That is why I posted the chart GB
