NASDAQ listing rule 5500(a)(2) requires a stock price over $1.00 for a minimum 30 consecutive trading days or continued inclusion on NASDAQ. Well that may be harder to achieve than Joe thinks if institutional investors keep heading for the exit. And it gets better, NASDAQ listing rule 5500(b)(2) requires that the market cap of the stock needs to be over $35 million (MLVS) or the Company has to maintain $2.5 million in stockholder equity (which thanks to two capital infusions in the last 180 days) RFI manages to tenuously hang on to.
