Dave and the group:

TEN MILLION SHARES have traded hands in a week and today's closing price appears stable to my eyes. I feel that we may be getting out of the woods soon as each day the share price withstands the onslaught, the better our position becomes. In light of the tremendous downward pressure in the past few days, things are not bad at all, unless you were planning on retiring by now or you bet your rent money, pushed the panic button and jumped out of the play. (Seems like the price goes down right after I buy my stocks, anyway!) Plus, who has ever owned a stock, including your proudest picks, and seen it go up everyday without experiencing several pullbacks? NEVER happens. Look at today's closing price, down .04 US, are you uncomfortable with this?

Often times the MM's are deliberately trying to shake you out of your shares when they have their eyes on them. The small time investor is always the most vulnerable and easiest to manipulate. (And granted, I get nervous and edgy just like most do, but we must resist reacting out of panic.) Seems that there was no shortage of eager buyers to scoop up those 10 M shares, heh? IMO, a legit short position would not have built up so soon, it was only 10K, and given the modest run-up in price, it only topped .70c momentarily from a base of .40c, and I doubt they would have pulled the trigger at this early stage of the game. Short sellers have much bigger game in mind, and this play has barely started- why short a stock for a few pennies when there's the likes of AZS, CKS, etc; Makes no sense to short now...unless CYJ has the goods and the MM's want your low-priced shares for themselves. Think about it.

Fun and games on the inside make it all the more tricky to turn and keep profits, but if you lose your cool, the game is forfeited without a play. Don't get scared out of your play if you believe in the company, and if you don't believe in the company, you didn't do your homework and you deserve what you get. I feel like the worst is over, though tomorrow is another day to be reckoned with. Good luck to all still in on this one, let's just get past this week in one piece.

Cheers,

Robert Saito
