I talked to Mark today.

The previously announced large PP was cancelled by the VSE. They declined the financing group due to "irregularities". However, according to Mark, this group has placed 400 million dollar in the Canadian market during the last year. Unfortunately, it is now the 3-4 million for STS which were stopped. I hope there is no hidden agenda.

Still, Mark seems to be confident that new financing will be arranged. Announcement can come as early as tomorrow, but probably beginning of next week. It also seems that there is no immediate deadline when they need the money. Of course, the sooner the better.

I am still keeping my faith
