Sycamore Ntwks (SCMR) 13 -5/8: Merrill Lynch from their Global Communications Conference: SCMR provided additional information about the announcement that 360 Networks would be pushing out capital expenditures by $500 mln; do not believe that Sycamore will be impacted in the near term. Sycamore reiterated their concern about reduced visibility, continued expectations that new customers would be pushed out and broader adoption may be differed.
