09:21 ET Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) 45 1/2: Goldman Sachs and Prudential both upgrade the chip maker. Goldman Sachs takes their rating from MARKET PERFORM to MARKET OUTPERFORM. Prudential goes from HOLD to ACCUMULATE saying they are increasingly confident in AMD's abitlity to execute and deliver, they raise the price target from $42 to $56.

-Scot, the analysts still are being very cautious in their upgrades.....ie raising the price target from $42 to $56; I am surprised its not $46.
