25 Partners to Offer Implementation Services for Promotional
Manufacturing Fixed-Price, Fixed-Time Implementation Solution

REDWOOD SHORES, Calif., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Oracle
Corporation (Nasdaq: ORCL) today announced that 25 Oracle
Service Provider (OSP) partners will participate in the Oracle(R)
FastForward Manufacturing RPM fixed-price, fixed-time
implementation solution announced on December 16, 1998. The
addition of the implementation partners gives customers the choice of
using an independent integrator to provide the implementation services
component of the Fast Forward Manufacturing RPM solution. Oracle
FastForward Manufacturing RPM includes software, consulting,
education and support specifically designed to meet customers' key
manufacturing and financial business needs.

Partners who will participate in this program include Abacus
Computer Applications, Inc., AnswerThink Consulting Group, Arthur
Andersen Business Consulting, CN Consulting, Inc., Consulting
Assistance Corporation, Exposoft, GEC North America Corporation,
Grant Thornton LLP, Information Systems Services, Intelligroup, Inc.,
KPMG Peat Marwick LLP, Manning & Napier Information Services,
Micro Systems Integration LLC, Millennia Vision Corporation,

Fast Forward Manufacturing RPM

Oracle FastForward Manufacturing RPM is a fixed-price fixed-time
implementation solution that includes software, consulting, education
and support specifically designed to meet customers' key
manufacturing and financial business needs. This new offering has been
created to help companies implement these critical applications in 90
business days or less for a fixed price of $555,000. The special
promotion is available through May 15, 1999.

Mid-sized manufacturing customers who purchase Oracle
FastForward Manufacturing RPM will get the benefit of Oracle's
industry-leading manufacturing software, which can help companies
improve customer responsiveness and efficiency by reducing cycle
time and inventory investment. The fixed scope approach substantially
reduces the complexity of more traditional, large-scale
implementations, and includes 13 key Oracle Applications Release 11
modules:

* Oracle Financials(R) -- Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables,
Oracle Assets, Oracle Purchasing and Oracle Receivables
