Even with the warning, the climate of the industry and the downgrade, Cowen still expects SIII to reach $1 per share for 1998. At a very conservative multiple of 15x 1998 earnings, that would make siii worth at least $15 today. Unless I am missing something, siii should be trading much higher and is undervalued. Wait for the industry to turn,and imho this stock is 15-20 in no time.
