I guess if I had known BC was selling any stock at all even back when things looked less bleak I would have dumped my stock right away. I think that is a bitter point that many long term shareholders find as an integrity hurdle that eventually hurts credibility. No matter what the law required in BC's case, insider selling is a flag and when it is done without disclosure to shareholders who bought in good faith and with visions created by the management, questions have to be asked as to why.---which is what this thread continually asks. That lack of disclosure has been key to a lot of hard feelings. I have a feeling that if BC had it to do over again he might choose to do it differently (just a guess).
