David-I think you are blowing the Jackson departure way out of proportion. Yes, their release did seem a little vague, but on careful read one can understand what happened.
As you know when a biotech goes from development to commercialization some top talent leaves. I'm not sure how long he had been there but I think he did see the stock go from $10 to $100, so it was time to move on and he moved on having been a part of a big success.
Further to add credibility to John W's remark that he went home to England. I haven't seen it noted here that he took a similar job at Chiroscience, a UK based biotech with many early stage reasearch programs going on. I am pleased as a button that you think his loss was a big one for AGPH as I own shares in Chiroscience.

A friendly question: as a short does it scare you that so many shares are also short? With AGPH being so thin and the shorts representing such a large portion of shares it could lead to quite a stampeed. My one short foray was a huge failure, shorting USS a few years back. I was about a year early and got creamed. USS had a big short position the whole way up which is why I mention it. I've read conflicting studies as to whether it should be taken as a bullish or bearish sign when so many shares are short as they ultimately will be bought back.
