How much money do you figure they need to deal with the immediate effects of the disaster? Is it possible they might need only $100 million for clean water etc. If they only needed $100 million should we try and show off by giving $1 billion? What is your problem??? Remember the countries were not wiped out they still have most of their food stuffs intact as the damage was limited to coast line areas?
