Ralph, you may be right regarding what price you will pay G, but I don't think so. I believe it means that you will pay whatever international rate is prevailing rate such as 7 cents to England and a dollar to Burma - not to exceed* $1.50. I'm sorry if I wasn't clear on that before. Regards, Dave
