A 30-day written notice of some form (press release, letter to warrant holder) must be given before the warrants may be recalled, AFTER the closing bid is above $2.50 for 10 consecutive trading days.

It will be clear when you must convert, although you are free to convert at any time you like.

Although after the 10 days with the stock above $2.50+, and you are planning on staying long you might as well convert.
