Hi, talked to IR today.,

Things seem up-beat for a change. I was told things are very positive, apparently they are down to the last t's crossed and i's dotted with a group out of Toronto and should have something finalized tomorrow or early next week. According to IR, the finder's fee's issues are being settled presently.

Keeping the fingers and toes crossed that the information is accurate.
