revenue of $12M, and losing $78M. I think somewhere I noted they have $800M in cash, with 6B shares OS. But also significant liabilities.

Why, again, for the love of Pete, would you as a responsible CEO partner with this failing company???? Unless it was at the wrong end of a sword.
