Hi Paul:

Re: "OVER 55 OF THEM !!!! Including TWO TWO-FOR-ONE stock SPlits - and a THIRD ONE on the HORIZON"

Comment: Wonder if AMD can achieve a similar no. of all-time highs within the next 12 month time frame...One stock split wouldn't be at all surprising to me Paul...How about you? No question in my mind that AMD's star which has been in ascendency since October at $17 will continue in this path for the foreseeable future...With the exception of a spate of Feb. call options, including yesterday's purchase, purchased in anticipation of a (successful?) test of $48 before expiry on Friday, my portfolio has been put together assuming a (conservative estimate) AMD price of $60 (i.e $58 to $63) by expiry date in July (optimistically, by April 21)...Hopefully $63 by April as I'm still holding my Apr 30's and 32.50's purchased when AMD was at $27, despite your misgivings about the wisdom of such a bullish strategy at $27. (Any cash I take out of my Feb. 37.50's, 40's and 42.50's this week will be rolled into July calls which I'm currently accumulating, based upon the conservative target of $60 by expiry date in July).

Hey Paul...since AMD is at $43.25, which price do think will come first...$37.50 or $50 and in what time horizon? or do you still care to make public your targets of AMD after your $35-11/16's faux pas which was DEAD WRONG! Maybe you're still waiting for the $10 you were looking for about 1 year ago?

Next major target for AMD is $48 to $49, and yes Paul, no doubt I did speculate that it would have successfully closed above that all-time high by now...Just have to exercise a little more patience, I guess, for as surely as Intel has been experiencing much difficulties in the top-end prioduction with its PWeeIII in its faltering attempts at keeping pace with the WORLD's FASTEST MICROPROCESSOR, the "spry Athy", so too will AMD break into new all-time high ($49 plus) territory in the very near term! As earlier revealed, Paul, $60, not $49, is my next re-evaluation point...I'm also confident that AMD will test this upper boundary ($60)of its 5 year trading range in the not too distant future...Paul you don't honestly believe that AMD won't achieve both these targets by the end of July (if not April) do you?

AMD has recently exercised, in recovering from its periodic retacements, as much resilience as you, Paul, in your continuing gloomy forecasts for AMD, all the way up from $17in October 1999...Resilience can be a great attribute, Paul, as long as it doesn't cost you a bundle...Sure hope your AMD investments haven't mirrored your inexorable AMD negativity. Wouldn't like to think of you as a negative example of resilience!
