Law. why not name the points with which you don't agree. point by point. you don't like. maybe I missed something. most of the large shareholders, I'm told, are voting yes. why are the composite board posters voting "no" (those who chose to speak out anyway) and the mutuals said to be voting yes? although mutuals were net sellers in the $80 to $50 range. i think the new report coming out in a few days will show net buying at this range.
