Exxon could be a driver clarionledger.com From part of the story, "A meeting in Mississippi's smallest town could lead to the largest economic development project in the history of the state." Good for them. I can't think of a part of the US that is more in need of something like this. Ironically, though, Mississippi has the largest percentage of home owners v. renters of any state. But land is so cheap there. Those days may be ending. Also, Mississippi is the only state where Black homeownership dominates.
