Taking cognisance of the charge-sheet, which was produced in original along with supporting documents, Bharihoke said he found sufficient prima facie evidence against former defence secretary S K Bhatnagar, former Bofors agent Win Chadha, former Bofors chief executive officer Martin Ardbo and A B Bofors.
