Upgrade - s.t. goal 55, l.t. goal - 80 NEW YORK, Jan 11 (Reuters) - SoundView Technology said Monday that analyst Jim Mendelson raised his rating on Oracle Corp to strong buy from buy. -- Raised fiscal 2000 earnings estimate to $1.54 a share from $1.48. Kept 1999 estimate at $1.30. -- Near-term price target is $55, long-term target is $80. -- Shares rose 1-1/16 to 47-5/16.
