Amen, sit tight! Everytime you sell Intel you just end up losing 50% of your gains to the tax man. That is at least the case in California where the alternative minimum tax hits you hard. Of course many use gains to offset losses, but if you only invest in Intel you are unlucky, because there are no loses to offset!

I will ride all the dips down, come what may. I expect a 100% gain this year, and with full margin another 100% (93.75%). I don't think that it will be very hard to make a 200% portfolio gain this year. Cyrix and AMD has very little to offer compared to Intel IMHO.

I have tried to save our AMD and Cyrix 'friends' but to no avail. They think that their negative earnings vehicles will suddenly turn around and they will be swimming in money. They are in for a rude awakening!

PS: Sitting tight last year increased my portfolio 151% and no trouble with the tax man.
