Regarding Nixon and the market, Nixon's second term, which was coincided with the Watergate Scandal, also coincided with the bear market of '74. It lasted until Reganomics took hold in '81. Sorry to be the bearer of such news. However, Alan Greenspan wasn't in the Federal Reserve back then, so we may catch a break. Why is it that I knew Clinton was a lying philander back in 1993 and it seems to be such a shock to people now? Am I the only one who believed G. Flowers?
