The construction of the two new 3 story FFIV buildings on the Seattle waterfront appears to be going very well. I should know since I drive by every day on the way to and fro work. There are now huge banners hanging on the outside identifying these buildings as the future home of FFIV. The shell appears complete and it's my guess, for better or worse, the tenant finish work is approximately 3-6 months out. I have a small long position and have been hanging on since I bought at 94. Hopefully my future expectations will live up to all the construction activity. BTW, this same street is also home to some other familiar names, Visio, RealNetWorks, Microsoft and Go2net...so we are certainly in good company!
